NDJ and BNS Enter into Partnership and Marketing Collaboration Agreement

[Toyko, 19 January, 2004] - Broadband Network Systems Ltd. (BNS) announced today that it has entered into a partnership and marketing collaboration agreement with National Data Japan Co. Ltd. (NDJ).

With this agreement, the companies would partner in bringing BNS' turnkey IP video solutions to the Japanese market, as well as developing markets outside of Japan for NDJ?s proprietary IP data transport technology.

BNS' turnkey IP video solution is targeted at broadband service providers in Japan who are rapidly expanding their subscriber base, and starting to offer digital video as a value-added service.

NDJ's proven proprietary IP data transport technology offers enterprise clients an effective and secured method of transferring large amounts of data and media including video files over any kind of IP networks.
