| BNS Opens Beijing Office to Better Serve Chinese Clients |

[Beijing, November 15, 2003]- Broadband Network Systems Ltd. (BNS) today announces the opening of a Beijing office to better serve its growing number of telecommunication clients in the city and throughout Northern China.
